1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Player's akd4d Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet following successful verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by akd4d, subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiration dates as communicated at the time of offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must bet through bonus funds or bonus-associated deposits before those funds and any winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to create an account and use akd4d services:

• Create only ONE account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting clear copies of your Indonesian KTP and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) when requested by akd4d.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are expressly prohibited from creating accounts or using akd4d services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Individuals who have previously self-excluded from akd4d or any other gaming platform
• Individuals with outstanding debts or payment disputes with akd4d
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of akd4d and their immediate family members
• Professional advantage players, bonus abusers, or individuals engaged in fraudulent or collusive activity
• Individuals using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools designed to disguise their true location

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing
